The IGMT Program is open again, and accepting applications for its 2021/2022 program year!
We are excited to announce that IGMT is revamped for the 2021/2022 program year. This program is unlike any other leadership training out there. It focuses on enabling individuals in management, and of management level, to develop creative solutions to the complex, intergovernmental problems that currently exist. Six customized, interpersonal sessions provide individuals the opportunity to grow as leaders, challenging themselves and each other.
IGMT utilizes a dynamic approach to encourage participant growth in areas such as working effectively in teams, inventive thinking, and challenging prejudices and preconceptions.
Space in the program is limited, so be sure to apply by August 30, 2021, and join us for our 52nd year!
