Hello and Welcome to our next class of IGMT participants!
All of the mentors are thrilled and excited to be back, helping to usher in the next group of leaders. IGMT’s focus and goal has always been to help individuals in leadership roles to expand their knowledge base and skills as leaders. We want to open your minds and expand your horizons on how to be an effective leader in all situations and settings.
The class of 2022-23 is particularly special as they are the first group of participants to go through IGMT since the program was forced to take a hiatus due to COVID. In the mean time, the administrators and mentors of the program took the temporary break as an opportunity to refresh the program.
We hope that the new class enjoys their unique experience, building life-long connections with other participants and sharing their knowledge within their sphere of influence.
