The IGMT program is in now accepting applications for its 2019/2020 program year.

This program is unlike any other leadership program out there. It focuses on enabling individuals in management, and of management level, to develop creative solutions to the complex problems that arise in current intergovernmental issues. Through customized, interpersonal program ‘sessions’ throughout the year, teams work to challenge themselves and each other. In doing so, they improve the capabilities and grow the expertise of both themselves and their peers.

IGMT utilizes a dynamic approach to encourage participant growth in areas such as working effectively in teams, inventive thinking, and challenging prejudices and preconceptions. Be sure to Join us for our 51st year!
